Residence | This small and charming residence is composed of 6 apartments with fireplace. The Ancolies residence provides a lot of services.

Located in a very quiet area, at the bottom of the slopes with a direct access to the ski area, and at 5 minutes walking from the centre of Val Thorens.

Ideally situated close to the nursery Montana and the meeting point of the ski schools collective lessons.

For 6 to 10 people, apartments are fully fitted, all comfort, in a warm and cozy atmosphere.

All the balconies offer a beautiful south view on the slopes and the mountains of Val Thorens.

The restaurant/bar le Rendez-vous, located above the residence welcomes you at every time during your stay in Val Thorens.

• Beds with duvets made on arrival (for 7 day stays only).

The price does not include end-of-stay cleaning. In case of unsatisfactory cleaning, a deposit of 150 € will be made on the deposit.

TO PAY AT THE RECEPTION :
Caution : 1000 € per apartment.
Tourist tax : 2,53 € per adult (from 18 years old) per day.

• Household à la carte: 30 € / hour.
• Extra linen kit: 8 € / change (towel, towel + bath towel + bath mat / person).

Pets are not allowed in the residence. No lift in the residence.
