Residence | The Residence Chalet des Neiges Plein Sud**** is our smallest residence, with 12 apartments and the most required by our loyal clients.

Located in the neighborhood of Plein Sud, our apartments are furnished according to the Savoyard tradition and they can accommodate from 4 to 14 people. All the comfort is available in our apartments and everything is done to make your stay a unique experience!

Ski-in / ski-out residence, depending on snow conditions. Access to the blue slope “Plein Sud” from the ski lockers of the residence, located on level 5.


Our rates include :
Bed linen, Beds are made upon arrival (except for short stays)
Towels provided (2 per person and per week)
A welcoming cleaning kit: dishwashing detergent, a bin bag, a dishwasher tablet, multi-use product and a sponge.
Free Wi-Fi access in the apartment
Flat screen TV + Satellite, direct-dial telephone (calls not included)
Free and unlimited access to the sauna and fitness room located in the residence
Free and unlimited access to the indoor heated swimming pool (located in our Residence Hermine 4* at about 200m, except on Saturday)
A wood bag for the fireplace (€10 for the extra bag) – except for the 3 room apartments 4 people and for some resort events such as La Grande Première.

CHECK-IN: 5pm the day of arrival & CHECK-OUT: 10am at latest the day of the departure

Services « à la carte » with an extra charge, on request and subject to availability:
Covered parking space in our private garage : from €85 to €120 per car and per week (2.05m high)
Bakery delivery service (bread & pastries) on request at the reception before 07 :00pm to be delivered directly to your apartment in the morning
End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area): from €57 (depending on the apartment size)
Pets are welcome : dog €75 / cat: €40 per week and per animal
Ski Shop “Go Sport” located in the residence Hermine 4* at about 200m
Spa next to the residence, preferential rates

To be paid at reception, on arrival:
Refundable deposit : €500 per apartment by credit card only
Tourist tax is not included: 2.53€/person/day, children under 18 years free of charge.

Please note that the lift of the Residence Plein Sud stops on the 6th floor. 2 apartments 7 rooms are accessible by a staircase from the 6th to the 7th floor.
