Good hotel, but little things let it down

“We enjoyed our stay, but a bit more attention to detail would have made it special and really given value for money. A warmer indoor swimming pool, more than one toilet roll in the bathroom, a working TV in the bedroom, the cleaners left our door open after cleaning, the mattress was too hard, etc.
On the plus side, the staff were excellent, the hotel is really very nice and the location is excellent. It's the small things that would have made it even better. But we had a lovely weekend.”

“L'hôtel est très agréable et bien placé dans un endroit calme de la station. Accès au pistes très pratique. C'est dommage que la piscine soit séparée du Spa et la T° de l'eau aurait méritée quelques degrés de plus.
Le service du petit déjeuner est à améliorer : le réapprovisionnement du buffet est trop long malgré plusieurs demandes.”
