Residence | The Residence 'Le Silveralp' is situated in the lower part of the resort of Val Thorens in the Savoie region of the French Alps, 100 meters far from the shops and very close the slopes. At the heart of the highest ski resort in France;

The 6 floor residence, with 1 lift, offers several types of apartment for your holiday rental, ranging from the studio apartment for 4 pers to the studio apartment with mezzanine for 5 pers, all comfortable and fully equipped with kitchen (oven and dishwasher), bathroom or shower and separate toilet (except in studio apartments for 4), television (with a supplement) and a balcony.

Be aware
- Deposit of 300 € (2 separate payments : apartment + cleaning) and tourist tax to be paid on the spot: 1,19€ per day per person over 18.
The deposit is given back after inventory on the day of departure or by post.
The accommodation should be left perfectly clean. Otherwise a statutory sum will be kept from the deposit.

Pets admitted : up-to-date vaccination certificate and tattoo required. Dogs are to be kept on a lead within the residence.

Rental conditions
Price in euros, per accommodation and per week (7 nights).
Arrival on Saturday between 5.00 and 8.00 pm
In case of late arrival, you MUST inform the residence, who will give you the procedure to follow
Departure on Saturday, before 10.00 am

According to reception opening times, and at your convenience, you may wish to complete the administrative procedure (deposit, reception of inventory, tourist tax etc.) during the day. The apartment will be at your disposal and the keys given to you, from 5.00 pm onwards.

- TV rental: 8€ per day, 42€ per week, and 5€ per days for any stay that lasts more than a week

- Baby equipment hire: 8€ per day of 25€ per week
- Supplement for pets: 50€ per pet per stay (10€ per day for short stays).
- End of stay cleaning: from 60€
- Internet access: for 2 devices: 8€ per day, 20€ per week.
