Val Thorens apartment for rent - Duplex 45 m2 on 3rd floor of a residence ideally situated in the resort .

Silveralp is located in the heart of the village in one of the quietest streets of Val Thorens, La Rue du Soleil, away from the noisy bars .
Slopes at 20 meters in front of the apartment. Ski Schools, shops, bakery, nursery, ski passes, ...

No sleeping in the living room and five beds are ideally distributed on the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one south and one without window but not unpleasant despite this minor element. Height = less than 1.80 m. Arriving by the staircase, there is a room and you can put a cot for a baby.

Kitchen appliances and very recent : ceramic hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher, refrigerator.
Contemporary bathroom with bathtub. The toilets are separated.
1 LCD TV and DVD players.
DVDs in French and English for the whole family (available on request to the agency ), dining table for 6 people.

South-facing terrace. Magnificent views of the ski slopes and the main peaks of Val Thorens.
Remember, you are in the highest ski resort in Europe in the largest ski area in the world : the 3 Valleys.

The apartment is located in the residence Le Silveralp, at the top of Rue du Soleil. Without any doubt, the best location in Val Thorens. Very quiet area in the heart of the village. Ideal to do everything on foot. Especially if you come with children. Ski schools, bakery and baby-house right in front of the residence. Slopes just in front of the residence within 10 meters. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the residence. Terrace, facing south. Exceptional view of the snow-covered mountains. 3 bedrooms for 6 to 7 people. 48m2 Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (Dishwasher, fridge, vitroceramic hotplates, oven ...) Living room with mountain view 1 bathroom entirely renovated. 1 separate WC. Upstairs: 3 separate bedrooms with new bedding of high quality and anti-allergy quilts. - Bedroom 1 with double bed 140x200 cm Led TV + DVD / Mountain view - Bedroom 2 with double bed 140x200 cm. This room houses the staircase. - Bedroom 3 with 2 bunk beds 90x200 cm. Room 3: Possibility of installing a baby cot or an extra bed for a child This apartment can therefore exceptionally accommodate 7 people (2 couples and 3 children) Small laundry in room 3 with washing machine and possibility to store suitcases. The ceiling height varies between 1.79m and 1.85m in the bedrooms. Room 2 is a passage room to access the 2 other rooms. All rooms are separated by doors. Privacy guaranteed. Rental from Saturday (2pm) to Saturday (10am) Unless otherwise noted, beds are made upon arrival, keys are delivered inside the apartment by a couple of managers. These 2 apartments of the same standing can allow 2 families to meet for holidays while preserving the privacy of each one.
